Man, woman arrested in Epsom described as 'high-level traffickers'

State police said Wednesday that the arrest of a man and woman in Epsom will put a dent in drug trafficking in the area.
David Frediani, 28, and Nicole Roskos, 29, were arraigned Wednesday at Merrimack Superior Court. They were arrested Tuesday after police executed a search warrant at a home in Epsom.

Police said they found handguns, thousands of dollars in cash and drugs, including a significant amount of fentanyl.
"Most concerning was the large quantity of fentanyl, half a kilogram of fentanyl, as well as five handguns," Capt. John Encarnacao said.
Authorities said they believe that Frediani and Roskos are big players in the Concord-area drug problem.
"These are high-level traffickers," Encarnacao said. "There was a large sum of money that was also seized at the residence, approximately $24,000 in cash, and that indicates this was a high-level trafficker and a large operation that was being run right in the town of Epsom."
Bail was set for Frediani at $50,000 cash, and bail was set for Roskos at $20,000 cash.
Officials said the investigation is ongoing.
"We continue to investigate to find out if anybody who bought drugs from these individuals overdosed and died," Encarnacao said. "And if that is the case, then we make sure that we continue to investigate and we use all available resources to make sure that these individuals stay in prison for a long time."
